The UK Prime Minister plans to press supporting countries to deliver Ukrainian forces with additional extended-range weaponry to target Moscow's positions during a meeting in Britain on Friday.
Sir Keir is set to welcome President Zelensky alongside the so-called "group of committed partners", comprising more than 20 of Ukraine's allies who have agreed to grant the Ukrainian government protection commitments once hostilities pause is negotiated.
Zelensky has been urging for weeks for additional extended-range systems from the West, a move that Russia has cautions would intensify the war.
The Ukrainian president is journeying from Brussels, where he met European Union officials on Thursday seeking financial support.
"The single figure engaged in current hostilities who refuses to halt the conflict is the Russian leader," Sir Keir said.
